Personal assistence by a research consultant. Individual searches based on your personal search profile. Coordination and accompaniment of the viewing appointments. Price negotiation with the aim to buy the property as cheap as possible for you. Assistance with the authorities, utilities and banks. Independent price evaluation of your property. Mediation of lawyers and notaries for safe handling of the purchase. Mediation of technical examiners or surveyors. Mediation of financing partners such as agencies or banks.  Coordination and accompany of the usual preliminary contract (contrato promessa de compra e venda) and the actual deed.

Price: 4870 EUR (excluding VAT). There are no costs if you do not like any of the proposed properties and do not wish to view them. To ensure that viewings are realized by the customer, we charge a single payment of 10% (487 EUR excluding VAT) of our fee when customers instruct us to organize viewings for them. If a customer decides in favor of a property, the remaining 90% of the fixed commission of EUR 4383 (excluding VAT) will be payable at the signing of the deed contract, reservation  or purchase agreement. You do not pay brokerage fees to the seller or broker. If you do not work with our referred legal partner the overal price for our service is 6890 EUR (excluding VAT).
